1859 Eugene was born January 1st to Albert Davis Randall and Maria Smith Randall (nee Jayne) in (Hamlin) Winona, Minnesota. His father dies the same year. See another picture of him. And another.

Attended High Scool at St Charles in Minnesota.

1879 At 20 years of age Eugene graduated from the Winona State Teachers College.

1880-82 Was Principal of the high school at Morris, Minnesota.

1882-88 Eugene was Editor of the Morris Tribune.

1882 Married Eudora Adelia Stone March 16th in Morris, Minnesota.

1882 Son Clarence Brewster Randal is born.

1884 Son Herman Ward Randall is born.

1887 Served as assistant secretary of the Minnesota State Fair.

1888 Son Frank Eugene Randall is born.

1891-95 Postmaster of Morris Minnesota.

1892 Daughter Dorthy Randall is born.

1893 Elected one of the board of managers of the Minnesota State Fair.

1895-1907 Eugene was active secretary of the Minnesota State Fair.

1907 He became the Director of the Department of Agriculture of the University of Minnesota.
