1888 Frank was born January 17th to Eugene Wilson Randall and Eudora Adelia Randall (nee Stone), in Morris, Minnesota.
Graduated from Hamline University in St Paul, Minnesota.
1909 Graduates and gets his law degree from the University of Minnesota and moves to Duluth, Minnesota.
1911 He married Stella Elizabeth Lyford on September 12th, at Comodale, Ramsey Co, St Paul, Minnesota.
1912 Son John Stone Randall is born.
